Breaking News: King Charles III is under fire after Ethiopia demands he return ‘immoral’ treasures
King Charles III has been under the radar over the last couple of weeks with just a few public appearances at Church. While the King is still undergoing cancer treatment, he is garnering attention from the royal followers who just noticed the Ethiopian demands for the King.
The Telegraph just reported that the African nation’s government is plotting a wholesale campaign to reclaim artifacts sacred to the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church. The objects have been held in Britain since they were seized during the Battle of Magdala in 1868.
Ethiopia will demand the return of an “immoral” hoard of treasures owned by King Charles III. The UK Government will be officially asked to support Ethiopia’s claims as part of a planned crusade set to begin next year
Addis Ababa told the Telegraph it would be a great initiative for King Charles III to return the sacred treasures where they belong. There’s no official statement by King Charles III over the rising scandal.
